Nancy Elder has been Vice President and Chief Communications Officer for JetBlue Airways since 2014. She oversees all internal and external communications as well as reputation and crisis management programs.
Ms. Elder Co-Founded Matter Unlimited LLC and served as its Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Strategy Officer from 2011-2014.
Prior to this, Ms. Elder was the Chief Marketing Officer for Marsh, the world's preeminent insurance brokerage and risk advisor. While at Marsh, she led a comprehensive restructuring of its global marketing function while simultaneously repositioning the brand and launching the award winning "Find the Upside" advertising campaign.
Ms. Elder has spent her career shaping strategies and redefining brands for some of the world's leading companies, including General Electric, MasterCard, Time Warner, and Marsh. Nancy started her career in PR and advertising working with clients like American Express, IBM, and General Motors, amongst others.
