It’s a key destination within the GoPro Ecosystem, designed to invite increased brand engagement, and deliver inspiring help and learning experiences that fuel and enable the GoPro virtuous cycle.
Before GoPro, Brian was responsible for Digital Support at Ancestry where he led his team in the redesign and execution of an award winning help and learning experience and social community. Earlier in his career, Brian led his Customer Experience and UI teams in the redesign of Yahoo! Help.
