Jennifer Remling

As R/GA’s SVP, Talent, Jennifer leads the global recruiting organization and is instrumental in supporting the global expansion from a talent perspective. She oversees executive hiring, global hiring and campus recruiting efforts and works closely managing directors and senior leadership across all R/GA offices in identifying and attracting the best talent in the industry to R/GA.

Jennifer joined R/GA in September 2012 from AKQA where she led global recruiting and was responsible for creating and implementing a global strategy around their recruiting efforts. She has 20 years of experience and has worked in advertising and technology including firms such as 360i and SapientNitro for most of her career. She also spent 4 years running her own executive search firm helping startups and high growth companies find and attract top talent.
