Francisca Hawkins

Francisca Hawkins, e-Commerce Strategy Manager, has been leading and implementing digital products for Virgin America's self-service channels for the past eight years. Most recently, she led the cross-company team that redesigned and relaunched Virgin America's website. As she oversees Virgin America's e-commerce channels and meta-search partnerships, Francisca worked closely with the key stakeholders for the project -- including third-party agencies, to ensure a collaborative, efficient and creative approach to digital product development within a complex operation.
