Lauren Fritts

Lauren has been with Gatorade for 9 years and currently leads integrated campaigns for the US business, which drives the strategic approach for brand activation guardrails globally. She was previously accountable for sports marketing and consumer engagement strategy & execution internationally and was Gatorade’s first branded content lead. High points in her career include oversight of the REPLAY program – a content platform that was honored with eight Cannes Lions (two of which were Grand Prix) and an Emmy nomination among other awards; a collaboration with NFL Films on a content series featuring NFL rookies which fed the brand’s roster athlete pipeline and also amassed many industry awards; the launch of the brand’s first Global integrated campaign for the 2014 World Cup; and the reframing of the brand’s media go-to-market approach designed to support greater innovation in media strategy. Lauren was recently named a “40 Under 40” by Brand Innovators. Prior to joining Gatorade, Lauren spent time in lobbying & public affairs for sports team owners.
