Natalie Monbiot

As SVP Managing Partner, Digital, Natalie is responsible for infusing
digital expertise and innovation across agency disciplines to deliver the
best overall product to UM clients, including data for insight and
measurement, interactive story-telling, and optimal digital integration
across the media plan. Natalie is charged with building strategic
relationships with media partners to drive long-term growth for UM
clients.

Prior to joining UM, Natalie was the Director of Strategy at the IPG Media
Lab, an innovations think tank where she was focused on evaluating
startups, partnering to deliver one-of-a-kind tech-driven opportunities
for brands, and thought leadership writing.

Natalie is a digital thought leader and in-demand speaker at industry
events around the world. In 2014 she was honored as an Internationalist
Innovator for her ³rare ability to rethink current notions of brand
building, manage risk while working in the midst of fast change, while
always keeping sight of the big idea.² In March 2015 she was honored as
Industry Leader in the Cynopsis Women in Digital Award.
