Alain Sylvain

Alain Sylvain is the founder and CEO of Sylvain Labs, a strategy and innovation consultancy. The company serves
as a strategic planning resource for product developers and marketers, providing (1) innovation and ideation, (2) brand strategy, and (3) general strategic framing. Sylvain Labs’ clients include: Target, Chobani, Pepsico, IAC, AB InBev, Nike, LVMH, AMC Networks, Coca-Cola, GM, AOL, Toys ‘R’ Us, and others.

Prior to Sylvain Labs, Alain was managing director of Redscout. And before that, he was a lead strategist at Mother New York. He has worked with clients including Johnson & Johnson, Google, Diageo, New Balance, and more.

Alain is a frequent lecturer on brands and innovation. He sits on the board of VCU’s Brandcenter and is a guest lecturer for Hyper Island. Alain has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and other publications.

Alain works closely with the Global Poverty Project in working to eliminate extreme poverty around the world.
