Greg has over 15 years experience within the entertainment, media and communications (EMC) industry in strategy, customer experience, technology enablement and operational improvement. His current responsibilities include managing large complex change programs integrating technology and media, with a focus on business transformation.
Greg has experience across various EMC industry sectors, including advertising, music, broadcasting, publishing, internet services, and sports entertainment. His recent assignments include; working with a large media and entertainment company to centralize and standardize operations across national markets and regions, working with one of the major music label groups to design, develop and execute a large business transformation program, and working with a for-profit education company to evaluate strategic alternatives necessary based on regulatory changes impacting industry dynamics.
