Kim Mai

Kim Mai heads up Customer Relationship Marketing for the Skype brand at Microsoft. She and her team are responsible for developing the contact strategy to drive customer engagement and retention for the Skype consumer base and lead nurturing/management for the Skype media base across multiple channels, including social, mobile, email, web, in application, and media. Her expertise spans both BtoC and BtoB marketing, having held positions related to CRM, digital marketing, and marketing automation for the past 15 years at Netscape, Apple, Sun, NetApp, and Microsoft. She is passionate about using data insights and predictive modeling to shape segmentation, messaging/creative, and the channel mix to effectively deepen customer engagement. Kim resides in Northern California with her husband of 14 years and daughters who are 4 and 6. She is a fan of Yoga/Pilates and is an aspiring (beginner) voice student.
