Jodi Allen

Jodi has been with Procter and Gamble for 27 years. She spent her first 17 years with the company in IT. Throughout her IT career, she had roles in Business Analysis, and she led the project to build P&G’s Corporate Data Warehouse. Her last IT role was in 2003-2006 as Vice President, Global Business Services Central and Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA), based in Geneva, Switzerland. In this role, she led the SAP implementations that enabled a significant tax restructuring.

In 2006, she moved on a broadening assignment as the Marketing Director of North America Baby Care and into General Management in 2008. In addition to her NA Baby Care P&L responsibilities, she led the Pampers Global Relationship Marketing Program.

In May, 2011, Jodi moved to the role of Vice President, North America Brand. In this role, Jodi runs NA Brand Operations and scaled programs such as P&G BrandSaver and the consumer relationship programs. She also leads the NA Olympics “Thank You Mom” work as well as the NFL partnership.
