Erica Hoholick

Erica was always meant to be in advertising. She knew it since she was 10 years old when she rewrote and reenacted the Charlie perfume ad for her 5th grade talent show. Her optimistic attitude and understanding that anything is possible has enabled her to lead game changing brand experiences for some of the world’s most well-loved brands.

Born in New Jersey, attended college in Pennsylvania and started her career in advertising on Madison Avenue. She quickly realized that the West Coast was more her speed and moved to San Francisco, where she worked on her first P&G assignment at Saatchi & Saatchi. She worked for Saatchi & Saatchi for the next 7 years, managing Global P&G Brands out of San Francisco, New York and London including Pampers, Old Spice, Head & Shoulders and the now famous, P&G Corporate Brand.

Erica left Saatchi & Saatchi London to go back to the West Coast and this time landed in LA at TBWAChiatDay where she headed up the Account Management department and led the Sara Lee, P&GPur and GatoradePepsi business throughout her 6 year tenure.

In January 2011, Erica joined Ogilvy & Mather as the Worldwide Managing Director of Dove. Based in London, she helped the Dove brand regain its creative ambition by focusing on the brand’s important mission of helping women feel more beautiful. The Dove Facebook Ad Makeover won over 20 industry awards (Cannes, One Show, Clios, and many others) in 2012/2013. Dove Real Beauty Sketches is the latest initiative for Dove and won the coveted Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes in 2013, as well as 18 other lions. In addition, Dove Sketches is the most viral ad ever with over 165 million views, touching women around the globe.

In February 2014, Erica rejoined the TBWA network, this time as President of TBWAMedia Arts Lab where she is responsible for running the global Apple account. [expand here?]
