Michael Dill

The founder and managing partner of Circle One Marketing in Norwalk, Conn., Michael last spearheaded the integration of the agency with Match Marketing Group. As a managing partner with Match, he today plays a leading role in creating continent-spanning shopper marketing campaigns and is responsible for clients such as BIC, Tastykake and The Campbell Soup Co.

Before founding Circle One, Michael was a vice-president with Marketing Drive where he managed work for Gillette and Duracell and Grey Advertising where he led teams on a diverse list of clients including FTD, AT&T and Kraft.

When he is not observing consumer behaviour and predicting the future of shopper marketing, Michael can be found running, biking and at swim practices with his kids.
