Jesse Mann

Jesse Mann is the Chief Strategic Officer of Dayglo Ventures. Dayglo Ventures is the holding company that owns Brooklyn Bowl (New York / Las Vegas / London), The Capitol Theatre (Portchester, NY), Lockn Festival (Virgina), Relix magazine, DoNYC.com, Hear & There Media, The Rock & Roll Playhouse, and another seven related affiliate companies. As an internal consultant to the company, Jesse leads and fulfills a variety of projects based on where the needs are the most at any one time. The marketing, digital, media and creative disciplines for the affiliate businesses report to Jesse as well.

Prior to joining Daylgo, Jesse was the General Manager / COO of The Bowery Presents from 2009 through 2013. The Bowery Presents is an independent music promotion and production company based in New York City. Jesse helped develop the company’s mission to bring the best bands to the best venues across the country and to provide a great concert experience for fans and artists, along with reasonable ticket prices.

At The Bowery Presents, Jesse handled the day-to-day management of the business operations of the company, including production, concert operations, digital marketing, media, and sponsorships, among other responsibilities. The Bowery Presents operates several music venues in New York, including the Bowery Ballroom, Music Hall of Williamsburg, Terminal 5, Mercury Lounge, Rough Trade and the Constellation-Brands Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. The Bowery Presents also launched presences in Portland (ME) Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and New Orleans during this same period. Through the company, Jesse has worked with a vast cross section of some of the most talented performing artists, including Arcade Fire, Bloc Party, Bright Eyes, My Morning Jacket, Mumford and Sons, Billy Corgan, Guster, Kings of Leon, Vampire Weekend, Moby, Modest Mouse, Queens of the Stone Age, Sonic Youth, NIN, The Shins, Broken Social Scene, She & Him, White Denim, Explosions in the Sky and The White Stripes.

Prior to joining Bowery Presents, Jesse had been leading the branded entertainment business for Yahoo! in New York. He was previously at CBS.com and CBS Sportsline, and prior to that was on the HBO Original Programming/Interactive team, developing interactive extensions of HBO Boxing, Inside the NFL, On The Record with Bob Costas, as well as helping to market the launch of HBO on Demand service nationwide.

Jesse graduated from Bucknell University in 1995 and began his professional career by starting Internet Interstate, Washington, DC's first private label Internet Service Provider in 1995.
Jesse is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and now resides in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
