Susan Panico

As Vice President, Sales Marketing at Pandora, Susan Panico leads the B2B marketing and sales training teams to help drive revenue for a multi-channel advertising sales organization. She is responsible for marketing strategy and execution related to building Pandora’s brand and raising awareness of the company's advertising solutions. In addition, Susan oversees the team responsible for arming Pandora's national, performance and local salespeople with training and enablement tools.

Prior to joining Pandora, Susan held various roles at Sony PlayStation over the course of 17 years. She was the Sr. Director of PlayStation Network where she was responsible for many facets of the digital entertainment platform including marketing, original programming, ad sales, e-commerce, customer loyalty and community management. In this role, Susan drove a massive exapansion in user acquisition and revenue for four consecutive years. Susan's other roles at PlayStation included the Director, Marketing and Online Strategy where she led award-winning brand and product marketing efforts for PlayStation’s hardware, software and online gaming portfolio, including the launches of PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable.

Susan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Minor in Spanish from the University of Southern California. She currently resides in Northern California with her husband and three children.
