Tiffany Hardin

Tiffany Hardin has a mission to provide a platform of value for the arts & entertainment industries through strategic branding & consulting. Earning her BA in Entertainment Management from Columbia College Chicago in 2007 she spent the earlier part of her career in the music business working at Hustle Period/G.O.O.D Music, Violator Management, and Monami Entertainment. In 2008 she transitioned to work in advertising at Translation where she worked from being an assistant to the CEO/Founder to a role as a partnerships manager developing influencer strategies & activations for clients such as Bud Light Platinum, Bud Light Lime, and the Brooklyn Nets. Currently, Tiffany is focusing full-time on her latest venture, Gild Creative Group, a boutique creative management & consultation firm. Here, she has worked on various brands while managing her current roster includes media personality, Karen Civil ( KarenCivil.com), Sony/ATV producer, Canei Finch ( J.Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Marsha Ambrosious) and BET Music Matters MC, Kris Kasanova.

Professionally, Tiffany serves on the ADCOLOR Advisory Board, an organization dedicated to professional development and championing diversity in marketing, advertising and media; the Executive Team for Music Unites, a non-profit servicing at risk youth through music initiatives; and Additionally, she serves as an executive board member of Soundctrl, an organization based in New York City producing events focusing on the convergence of digital/social media and music hosting events featuring Scooter Braun, Troy Carter, Clive Davis,?Love,and other marketing & entertainment professionals throughout the country. Personally, you can find Tiffany contributing to her alma mater throughout the school year guest lecturing & supporting student projects and connecting them with valuable internships and networking opportunities in music and media industries.
