Jim Loughran

James (Jim) Loughran joined NCC Media in 2011 as Senior Vice President, Digital Sales. In this role, Loughran works closely with NCC owners and affiliates to set digital sales strategies and drive revenue in this critical line of business for the industry.
Loughran has 13 years of experience in the business and began his career in interactive sales at Ziff-Davis in 1998. He joined CNET Networks in 2000 and moved up through the ranks, ultimately becoming Vice President of Sales in 2006. While at CNET, Loughran ran a sales team responsible for over $50 million in revenue from America’s leading digital advertisers. Loughran moved to CBS Interactive in 2008 as Vice President of Sales and oversaw a $120 million sales effort against a portfolio of websites including CNET, CBS News, ZDNet, TechRepublic, and Moneywatch. Prior to joining NCC, Loughran was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations with Venture Industries, a start-up focused on applications for social and mobile platforms
