Erik Bogsnes

Erik Bogsnes is the Lead Attention Consultant for Lumen Research.

His specialises in working with agencies and clients to demonstrate how attention is key for getting the outcomes that they really want, across offline and online channels. This includes education and training, as well as running first-party research to answer their core questions.

He started his career in advertising at Dentsu as a cross-channel measurement analyst, focusing on making advertising more impactful. This road inevitably led to attention metrics, culminating in leading the Attention Economy research before ultimately joining Lumen in 2022.

His key tenet at work is that using attention to shift how we value different types of advertising will lead to a better, more rewarding experience for agencies, advertisers, and most importantly, the person actually seeing the ads.
