Tom Lakeman

Tom is a proud generalist having worked agency-side with some of the world’s biggest brands and also across extremely varied client-side leadership roles. He is currently the Head of Local Marketing at Co-op, a wonderful organisation with a clear vision and strong values. At Co-op, he has been involved in campaign development, big strategy pieces, large scale events, festival partnerships and everything in between. He loves being in roles that allow him to be creative and where he has the opportunity to build and see his vision come to life. One of the coolest and most rewarding aspects of Tom's job is that the work he does is genuinely making a difference.
