Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly met at the age of thirteen on the set of the hit BBC children’s drama, Byker Grove. Their characters, PJ and Duncan, were mates in the show and Ant & Dec soon became firm friends in real life.

After a brief stint as pop stars (13 Top 40 hit singles), the duo have gone on to become the UK’s most successful TV presenters, hosting shows such as SMTV Live, CD:UK, The BRITS, Pop Idol, Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, Soccer-Aid, I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, Britain's Got Talent, amongst many others.

Ant and Dec and their shows have won over a staggering 40 National Television Awards (including Most Popular Entertainment Presenters for the last 20 years), 9 RTS awards, 34 TV Choice awards, 18 BAFTAs and a variety of other industry accolades.

Behind the camera - Ant & Dec’s production company, Mitre Studios, has created and co-produced a number of their successful TV formats including Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, In For A Penny, DNA Journey, and their new hit game show Limitless Win - as well as partnered with brands on content campaigns and developed entertainment IP.

The duo have been ambassadors for The Prince’s Trust for over 20 years, and were asked to exclusively interview Princes Charles, William and Harry for the 30th Anniversary celebrations of The Prince’s Trust. This interview went out in over 20 countries worldwide. They also launched ‘Ant & Dec’s Making it in Media’ course with The Prince’s Trust in 2021.
