Mitch Oliver

With over 25 years’ experience in the consumer-goods industry, Mitch now leads the Mars, Incorporated brand strategy and is responsible for building and differentiating the Mars Brand on Purpose with over 150,000 Associates (what Mars calls employees), future talent, consumers and stakeholders. She also plays a critical role in ensuring that we live our Purpose “The world we want tomorrow starts with how we do business today” in our enterprise strategy, across all Mars' marketing and beyond.

Mitch also leads and focuses the businesses efforts to define and drive their Make a Difference marketing. This includes leading their work on “Inclusive Marketing” and “Sustainable Marketing” through building systemic organizational competence, whilst also curating a portfolio of Make a Difference consumer brands. Mitch is a passionate supporter of all diversity in business. She is also a passionate supporter of working parents and is proud to have role modeled working flexibly and championed developing great talent at all life stages. She is also the Vice Chair of the UN Women’s Unstereotype Alliance and the Vice Chair of Stonewall, the UKs largest LGBTQ+ NGO.
