Emily Trenouth

Emily is MediaCom’s Global Head of Influencer Marketing. Her role is to lead the Influencer division for MediaCom UK and Worldwide, working with clients such as Coca Cola, Mars, LVMH, Sky and many more.

In just two years she has affected transformational change in building a world-class Influencer product and team through her commitment to integrating Influencer Marketing with traditional media channels. This has enabled MediaCom to create a key point of difference in robustly measuring and proving Influencer Marketing effectiveness for clients. As a result, Influencer Marketing has become the fastest growing division within Creative Systems, MediaCom’s content and creative department.

Previously, Emily lead the growth of two pioneering Influencer Marketing platforms - TRIBE and Takumi. For TRIBE, Emily spearheaded both UK and US markets from scratch, leading global partnerships with the likes of P&G, Unilever, Nestle and Diageo and Comcast.

Externally she is a key leader within the industry and regularly appears on podcasts, speaks at industry events and dedicates time to judging awards. She has recently been listed as one of the Top 50 changemakers in Influencer Marketing and recognised by AdWeek, MediaWeek and Campaign as a rising star in the industry.

She is also hugely passionate about gender equality and championing future female talent, which she is proactively driving forward as a Board Member of a non-profit mentoring programme called OK Mentor. She is now working with them on the development of a Speed Mentoring App, to help as many women around the globe gain access to free mentorship and support them to break into creative industries.
