Laura Milsted

Laura joined the Financial Times in 2017 and is Global Advertising Director. She leads the Commercial Strategic Insight team and Global B2B sales teams. A core area of her focus is to bring audience insight and research to the heart of commercial proposals for key clients.

Prior to her current role at the FT, Laura was European Media Director and subsequently Managing Director at Carat Enterprise the B2B division of Dentsu in London.

Laura has been working in the media and advertising industry for the last 20+ years and started her media career at MediaVest London in one of the first digital departments when online advertising and digital was in its infancy.

Laura is passionate about supporting D&I initiatives and is an active coach and mentor both internally at the FT and externally with the 30% club.
