Mahadi manages the Livity Creative Networking as part of the Strategy and Engagement team. Connecting the 5000-strong next gen talent network to client work, talent programmes and each other.

Career highlights include leading on talent programmes for Bite Back 2030, YouTube Originals Terms and Conditions’ Film School and our very own Livity In Future List. And talent management for the Livity initiative, Brand Share the Mic, which came to life during the Black Lives Matter movement and calls for brands to share their social platforms with Black talent. Brands include; Spotify, Google, LoveHoney, REN Skincare and Vita Coco.
Mahadi is a BIMA 2020 Champion for Change and a The Dots Black Rising Star.
