Claire heads up The Youth Lab, Thinkhouse’s Insights, Strategy and Planning division. The Youth Lab investigates, decodes and translates youth culture, helping businesses, brands and organisations better understand and connect with 16-35 year olds.

With over 17 years experience in insight-led future-focused thinking, Claire has previously held senior planning and strategy roles in agencies in London, New York and Dublin, helping global innovation and marketing teams, and senior business executives to future-proof and realign their strategies to embrace 'the next gen consumer'.
