Li Lai is the founder of Mediaversity Reviews, a website that scores TV and films on gender, racial, and LGBTQ inclusion. Onscreen representation is her passion, and Mediaversity is the ongoing experiment that leverages a 10+ year career in developing brand identities.
Currently the Associate Creative Director at a Bloomberg nonprofit for immigration reform, Li comes from an agency background in experiential marketing, cultivated at Legacy Marketing in Chicago. Prior to that, she styled color and textile prints for Victoria's Secret in New York City. She has a BA in design from the University of California, and an MA in design from the University of Edinburgh.
