Maria Koutsoudakis

Currently heading up the newly created function of Customer experience for M&S, Maria is tasked with defining and delivering the seamless omni channel journeys and experiences that are expected from todays consumer. Prior to this role she headed up marketing and visual merchandising for clothing, home and beauty. Under this remit seasonal campaigns, new product launches and M&S Christmas campaigns fell under the responsibility of her team. Before joining M&S Maria spent the majority of her career in Marketing at Procter and Gamble. Here she worked for them in Johannesburg, London, Geneva and Boston across local, regional and global roles mostly in beauty and grooming.
