Rob French

Rob has worked for Shell for nearly 30 years. It may not have been so long but for a spell as a Territory Manager. After 12 months meeting their customers and retailers every day he was hooked and that passion for their customer-facing business has never left him. His Shell journey has taken him to the far ends of their B2C and B2B marketing businesses, both in the UK and globally, including 5 years as the COO of the Shell branded fuel card business and Retail payments globally. Just over 2 years ago he took on the challenge of designing and executing Shell’s response to existing and forthcoming Data Privacy regulations, including GDPR. Their aim is to ensure that that they do business better, respecting their customers and complying with the requirements of regulations worldwide.
