Emma Perkins

Emma started in the industry nearly 20 years ago, after studying Design at Falmouth School of Art. Her first 10 years were spent working in Direct and then on Integrated campaigns for agencies such as Bates 141 and CDP. In 2004 she joined the newly formed Saatchi and Saatchi X, the World’s first network dedicated to shopper marketing. As ECD of London Emma successfully steered the creative team to be the most awarded in the network.

Achievements

- Agency of the year at MAAs, and award recognition at Cannes and D&AD. Emma will be judging D&AD 2015 on the Direct panel.

- Contributing regularly at speaking events, including Eurobest and Creative Social; published in The Guardian and Metro.

- Currently working on two projects to promote the advancement of female talent in the creative industries: a female mentoring programme for ‘She Says’ and an initiative called ‘Token Man’.
