Anna Bateson

Anna Bateson is the new Director of Digital at Charlotte Tilbury, a fast growing British based start-up. She is responsible for ecommerce, social, content, customer service and any manifestation of the digital customer experience.

Prior to this she was director of global consumer marketing at YouTube. She joined Google in 2009, leading YouTube marketing in EMEA, and moving over to the US in 2013 to take on this global role.

Previously, Anna was director of viewer marketing at ITV, where she was responsible for all programme and channel brand communication.

Before ITV Anna spent 4 years at MTV Networks UK, where she finished up as VP marketing across all the nine channel brands. She started her career at Bloomberg – where she ran all the European marketing and sponsorship programmes, and worked for Mike Bloomberg personally.
