Bill Marshall is Global Director for Human & Cultural Futures at Unilever. He is working across Unilever’s global categories and brands in creating and building meta foresight and insight around both trends and key topics of global cultural significance to drive action within the organisation.

Unilever is an active champion of the UN Global Goals, such as Gender Equality, and Bill has investigated in detail the rapidly evolving shape of gender identity around the world to drive the cultural relevance of their iconic brands like Dove, Axe/Lynx, Tresemme, Ben & Jerry’s, Knorr, Lipton and Magnum and ensure they are at the forefront of understanding life in a VUCA world.
