John joined the television industry in 1986 at TSW and moving to Yorkshire TV as a Group Sales Manager in 1990 where he stayed until 1994, when he left for a year’s sabbatical in Australia.
He joined Sky as a Group Sales Manager in September 1995 being promoted to Head Of Trading in 2005 and Director of Trading 3 years later .
He has been with Sky for nearly 19 years and has played a major part in the development of Sky Media from its early years selling less than a dozen Channels to the 120 plus channels it now sells.
