Victor Basta

Victor specializes in Mergers, Acquisitions, Financial Advisory, Exit Preparation, and Corporate Development bringing his extensive background to his newest enterprise, Magister Artis Ltd., providing merchant banking for growth industries.
In 2003, Victor founded Arma to provide experienced advisory services to technology companies undertaking international transactions. Arma is a leading international specialist firm serving the tech sector. The firm won "International Deal of the Year" for its sale of SuSE Linux to Novell, which helped reshape the open source software landscape.
Prior to Arma, Victor served as Co-President of Worldwide advisory business and partner responsible for European operations of Broadview. During his tenure at Broadview, he was also an Investment Committee member of Kennet Capital.
Victor has an MBA from Columbia University.
