Richard Morris

Richard is managing director of Vizeum UK. He is committed to championing Vizeum’s vision to be its clients’ most innovative partner, producing pioneering and award winning work for BMW, MINI, 20th Century Fox, Burberry and AB InBev; and building a productive partnership with Tech City.

He has been named a Campaign Top 10 Media Planner for the last four years and has won Campaign Media's Campaign of the Year. Richard is also a current member of the IPA's Media Futures and Value of Creativity groups.

After graduating from the University of Edinburgh, Richard spent 18 years at Carat, beginning as a Graduate and finishing as Deputy Managing Director.

His career began in Broadcast before setting up Carat’s DRTV unit, followed by a move into Planning where he went on to lead the discipline. Richard worked with a wide range of clients including American Express, British Gas, Disney, Royal Mail, Santander, Vodafone and Virgin Records. He co-created Carat’s global brand positioning (Redefining Media) and co-developed Aegis Media’s planning framework (ICP).

Richard’s time outside of work is divided between getting frustrated by Arsenal's defensive frailties and playing X Factor judge for his two extremely talented daughters.
