Derek Scobie

Derek's focus is to connect big brands with the magic of YouTube's insanely popular creators.

For most of his career, he built brands for P&G, launching a soft drink that outsold Coca Cola, rejuvenating an aging skincare brand, and bringing a sickly healthcare business back to life.

He's used his skill at the hard-edge of teens comms, as marketing director for a hugely successful youth volunteering brand for the Scottish Government. His content credentials are impeccable, having edited Aberdeen's student newspaper (though only because everyone else went on strike), written a series of bawdy versions of Thomas Hardy novels, and directed a short film about ducks, in Wales.
