Next month Zombies will descend on London. Residents brave enough to battle with those infected with the ‘Z virus’, will be thrown into a 75-minute live show, whether they will interact with the characters and make decisions that influence the show’s narrative. Launched in New Zealand in 2013, The Generation of Z: Apocalypse is a highly immersive experience that shows just what is possible when you really understand your audience.

In this session, ZenithOptimedia will look at why consumer experience is becoming the real battleground for brands, with successful communications planning now requiring a better understanding of the consumer journey and true focus on the creation of powerful consumer experiences. You will then hear from one the founders of The Generation Z Apocalypse, who will share how they created the show and how they worked with audiences to produce something truly valuable and authentic.
