The digital revolution, happening as technology influences every aspect of consumer behaviour, is creating challenges for the marketing industry. The 2014 Digital Knowledge Survey reported that only 35% of respondents felt completely confident delivering digital marketing activity. So, how can we find the best talent, ensure we have a diverse workforce and develop our talent to keep ahead in a marketplace that is changing at such speed?

Marketing in a digital world requires us to accelerate the skill building within our teams and organisations. We have all heard that there is a digital skills gap but what does your organisation need to do to succeed in the digital age? Is the answer simply more training in digital skills and knowledge - or do we need to be thinking more broadly about culture change and how we foster and grow the talent in our businesses?

Hear from our panel of speakers on the talent revolution and why for the first time the ISBA, IPA, Marketing Society, IAB & Marketing Academy have come together to help drive digital skills across the marketing industry. View Less
