Claudia Contreras

Claudia Contreras assumed the position of Marketing Director at Samsung Electronics México in September 2015.

Owing to her extensive knowledge of the technological market, her responsibilities include leading a team of experts to strengthen the bonds between users’ needs and the company’s innovation through a more continuous and emotional communication.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales, e-commerce, consumer experience and strategic planning, Claudia has developed skills in leadership and business management in multinational companies, working in Mexico, the United States and Brazil.

Claudia spent five years in Aeroméxico, where she fulfilled various duties until she became Executive Vice-President in the Marketing and Customer Service divisions, implementing positioning strategies both region-wide and internationally. She has also worked in companies like Apple, Televisa, Turner Broadcasting Systems and Tycoon Enterprises.

She is an active member of the International Women’s Forum and Endeavour.
