As people’s values and orientation becomes increasingly diverse, we are entering an era in which there is no right answer. We need to search for answers ourselves and cultivate the ability to drive forward. Leadership is exactly what is required in this day and age. This session in is not a one-way seminar but a workshop that will cover the transition of leadership models, and reflect on what leaders of today will need to motivate others which is “the ability to appeal to peoples subliminal mind”.
