As Head of Creative Shop, ANZ, Steve is devoted to helping creative agencies and marketers tap into the unique creative opportunities of Meta technologies.

Prior to this, Steve has 20 year’s experience producing world-class advertising for brands in Ireland, Australia and the UK. Named ADMA's Australian Creative of the Year 2016, he is also proud to have won the inaugural Cannes Creative Effectiveness Grand Prix for the Walkers 'Sandwich' campaign.

As ECD at Havas Worldwide Australia, he led an agency that had never been awarded at Cannes to 12 Lions in two years, a coveted Black Pencil at D&AD, and Campaign Brief 'NSW Agency of the Year' 2013. As a result, Steve was named Havas Worldwide 'Person of the Year 2013' across the network's 35,000 employees.

Following a 12-month stint as ECD of Droga 5 Sydney, Steve spent four years as Creative Partner at With Collective, Mumbrella's Direct Agency of the Year 2015, rebuilding the creative offering and leading the DM agency to its first
