Chris Schilling

Chris is an accomplished economist with a passion for improving public policy. His interests lie in designing and tailoring economic models to analyse real-world problems. Chris’ work has been used to help inform decision makers across academia, industry and the government. His PhD included developing a predictive model for improving the selection of patients into surgery; constructing a microsimulation model of a child cohort to inform new models of care; and analysing funding decisions to highlight areas where policy decisions have been sub-optimal. His work has been published in leading academic journals.
