Gayle Tomlinson

Gayle is dedicated to discovering new ways to get great local stories in front of the right people. She has worked in newsrooms for over 20 years and has played a leading role in the transformation of the largest publishers in the UK and Australia. Her experience lies in audience growth and development, product and digital publishing, managing culture change and developing talent. She currently leads audience growth and development for Australian Community Media’s network of 140 websites across Australia. Gayle has been heavily involved in the transition of ACM newsrooms so they work to a digital first strategy and drives the growth of digital subscriptions.
