Antonio Lucio

Antonio joined Facebook as Chief Marketing Officer. In his role, he is responsible for the global brand marketing organization, including brand and creative strategy and marketing insights and analytics. He has more than 25 years of global marketing and brand management experience.

Prior to joining Facebook, he spent three years at HP Inc, most recently as Global Chief Marketing & Communication Officer. In his role, he has been focused on helping HP reinvent their printing business, was listed by Forbes as the #2 world’s top influential CMO in 2017, and has been a huge, positive voice on the topic of diversity in the workplace. He also spent eight years at Visa as Global Chief Marketing and Communication officer, responsible for the design and implementation of all global brand & product marketing platforms and corporate communications, as well as guiding Visa through their IPO, and creating the company’s first-ever global positioning and brand identity system.

Over the course of his career, Antonio has held marketing leadership and innovation roles at some of the world's most successful consumer packaged goods companies, including PepsiCo Inc., Kraft General Foods, RJR Foods International, and Procter & Gamble.

He earned a B.A. in history from Louisiana State University. He was born in Spain, raised in Puerto Rico, and currently resides in San Francisco. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and is based in Menlo Park, California.
