Charles Cadell

Charles Cadell returned to Singapore in early 2011 to join McCann Worldgroup and oversee a region that has some of the fastest-growing markets in the world, and one that he has become very familiar with during the last two decades that he has been working across the Asia Pacific region. In 2016, he relocated his base to take on additional responsibilities as president and CEO of McCann Worldgroup Japan in addition to his role as President of McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Worldgroup, Charles was CEO for Lowe Lintas India, where he served since 2008. There he oversaw a three-agency, nine-office operation powerhouse of more than 900 people, making him one of the only foreign CEOs in the history of the Indian advertising industry. Prior to this, based out of Malaysia, Charles was President of Arc Worldwide Asia Pacific where he established the marketing service discipline for Leo Burnett focusing on establishing the pillars of digital, shopper marketing and activation. Prior roles since 1993 saw him in various local office management as well as regional client management positions for the Leo Burnett agency working out of Hong Kong, Shanghai, Thailand, Malaysia and IndoChina. Charles started his career with Leo Burnett in London and is part Englishman and New Zealander.
