There are many considerations when it comes to the future of the workplace, ranging from the ethical, should employers require employees to be vaccinated, to the practical, how do employers deal with flexible working requests. There’s also the challenge of not knowing what we don’t know in today’s environment, many employers and employees are questioning what does the future workplace look like. How can businesses ensure employees work safely and productively? How can we better support staff’s welfare and foster a culture of trust and encouragement?
