Before joining Rich Talent Group as President in 2022 and ascending to CEO in June 2024, Nicole served as a Partner at Brunswick Group, a global strategic communications advisory firm. There, she led U.S. Partner hiring across Corporate Communications and Public Affairs and was appointed the firm's first Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in 2019, overseeing firmwide inclusion initiatives.
Nicole's earlier career includes roles at leading executive search firms, such as Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles, and in-house talent acquisition positions at Barclays, Visa and Brunswick Group. Her international experience spans the U.S., Europe and Asia, having led searches in countries including India, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Russia, China, Germany, Indonesia and France.
Nicole holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an Ed.M. in Counseling Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. She serves as a Board Member of the LGBTQ+ Association of Corporate Directors. Nicole has lived and worked in the U.K., U.S. and Asia and currently resides in New York with her husband and son.
