Shannon Shae Montoya

Shannon Shae Montoya is a strategic and transformational marketing leader with over 20 years
of experience in creating and executing unique and impactful end-to-end marketing programs
and best-in-class customer experiences. An innovative, intuitive, and passionate storyteller,
Shannon combines her diverse brand, agency, media, and technology experience to create
transformative marketing campaigns that drive results.

Currently, Shannon is the Vice President, Global Head of B2B Marketing, Sponsorships, &
Events at Yahoo. In this role, she oversees the development and activation of key industry
partnerships and brand sponsorships, and develops strategic marketing campaigns and
experiences that showcase Yahoo’s positioning as a top-tier brand, advertising, and creative
partner. Prior to joining Yahoo, Shannon held key marketing roles at Meredith and Time Inc.
where she helped to lead rebranding and positioning efforts following the sale of Time Inc. to
Meredith and the spin-off of Time Inc. from Time Warner respectively. Shannon has also held
critical roles at Momentum Worldwide (IPG) where she led on the development of programs for
American Express Centurion Members around marquee moments, including the World Cup,
Wimbledon, French Open, and Monaco Grand Prix, and The New York Football Giants.
