Stefanie Rapp, Senior Vice President of Sports Strategy for WBD Ad Sales, is responsible for the development and implementation of its US-based revenue focused initiatives. Driving profitability across TNT Sports’ properties, brands, and linear and digital platforms, she is a key leader within the organization with more than 15 years of experience. Rapp is an outstanding business executive with deep knowledge of WBD’s products and how they build value internally as well as with external clients. She is the commercial lead and key liaison for US-based advertising sales, distribution, and strategy/business development teams while effectively creating go-to-market strategies and evaluating the commercial potential for new opportunities in sports.
Prior to joining Bleacher Report in 2017 as its Chief Revenue Officer, she spent several years in key revenue-focused executive roles at Conde Nast, Hearst and Fairchild Media, as well focusing on events strategy for SAP Global Marketing and DoubleClick.
Rapp is committed to paving the way forward for women in the industry at-large. She serves on the advisory team of TNT Sports’ business resource group that seeks to empower women to take on more leadership roles, regardless of their seniority. She and her son reside in Manhattan, New York with their dog, Ripley.
