Samantha Ross Saperstein is an author and speaker focused on leadership, career development, and coaching for entrepreneurs and founders. She brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, beginning her career as a business journalist before becoming a consultant at McKinsey & Company. She went on to hold executive roles at Mastercard and JPMorgan Chase. At JPMorgan Chase, Samantha served as Chief Marketing Officer of Chase Commercial Banking, where she expanded digital marketing, and later as Managing Director and Global Head of the Women on the Move Center of Excellence, launching the firm’s signature initiative for women.
