Laurence Richards

Laurence has committed to excellent client service throughout his career. He builds and leads high-performing teams by mentoring and trusting their abilities, fostering a culture of entrepreneurial spirit and success. With over 30 years of strategic work in healthcare and consumer advertising, Laurence has experience in both large and small agencies. He started at J. Walter Thompson and Lintas in consumer advertising, then moved into healthcare at CDM, working on diabetes, respiratory, and OTC accounts. He later joined William Douglas McAdams, managing Lowe Biocore in San Francisco, and after returning, helped start AgencyRx (now DDB Health). He managed the Boston office of PRECISIONeffect, working with start-ups and mid-size pharma companies in Cambridge, MA.
