Taylor Guglielmo serves as President of Chemistry, where she oversees growth and client relationships, while also focusing on the agency’s culture. Most recently Chief Growth Officer, Taylor has secured clients including Netflix, Five Guys, IHG, Red Bull, The Coca-Cola Company and the NBA and led notable accounts including Marriott, Gaylord Hotels and Square, Inc.

Throughout her career in advertising Taylor worked at TGM, Grey Worldwide, McCann Erickson and Fallon, NY. A passionate advocate for gun control, she is the proud mother of two boys and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1998 to 2002. She is a 2024 recipient of The Future is Female award.
